Use Theragun to Prepare for – and Recover from – the Slopes

Activate

This is a fantastic morning exercise treatment designed to warm-up your body (preventing injuries) and get you moving at your best quickly.

  • 5 minutes of Theragun Sweeps (medium to strong pressure). Sweeps are a technique where you quickly move your Theragun over your entire body: upper, middle, and lower body.
  • Use the Theragun for 15-30 seconds on areas that are fatigued or where you have discomfort.
  • Repeat for each additional body part – right and left side.
