Position: Children’s Programs Manager – Year-Round Salaried

Wage: Competitive salary based on experience 

The Job: If you are an inspirational leader looking for a career position in the resort industry, we are looking for a key member to join our Skier Services management team. In this position, you will oversee daily operations for all Children’s Programs including, winter ski programs, summer camp, child care, and our Deer Valley Academy preschool. Responsibilities include supporting, mentoring, and positively motivating staff; annual budgeting; supervisor hiring and training; facilities management, ensuring compliance with all state child care guidelines for a licensed center; risk management; and guest services.

Preferred: PSIA certification and Children’s Specialist credentials are preferred; an opportunity to train and attain these credentials is available. Reimbursement is provided for successful completion. Experience in a leadership/supervisory role, providing positive coaching to staff and interacting with guests for product resolution is required. Exceptional communication skills and a professional and positive management style are vital to our culture. Providing feedback in a constructive manner is critical to the job satisfaction and staff work environment.
