Phunkshun “Design Your Winter” Art Contest Winners Announced

Congratulations to Madeline Thompson (Western) and Brittney Poulsen (Intermountain), who were announced as the winners of PSIA-AASI Official Supplier Phunkshun Wear’s “Design Your Winter” wearable art collaboration contest.

This annual contest provides professional snowsports instructors the opportunity to show off their creative skills and have masks printed with their design.

Madeline’s “Winning Design” design was chosen by Phunkshun Wear. She will receive a $500 prize and two dozen masks featuring her work.

Brittney’s “People’s Choice Design” was chosen by PSIA-AASI members through a popular vote on 10 design finalists selected by Phunkshun Wear. She will receive a $250 prize and two dozen masks featuring her work.

Nearly 2,000 members voted during the contest, which took place from Nov. 1 through Dec. 31.

Phunkshun will also be ordering prints of 10 finalists to display at PSIA-AASI National Academy, held in mid-April in Big Sky, Montana, in a gallery showcasing each artist’s designs.
