Freestyle Academy Details

Freestyle Academy will happen over the course of 5 days between Monday, Jan. 29 and Friday, Feb. 2.

  • Prep Clinic: 2 days (Monday-Tuesday)
  • Assessment: 3 days (Wednesday-Friday)
  • Prep Clinic and Assessment: 5 days (Monday-Friday)

Prerequisites: Current PSIA-AASI Membership, Freestyle E-learning course requirement, Primary discipline level 1 certification at a minimum
Registration Deadline: Monday, January 15, 2024, 11:59 pm MT

Freestyle Academy Registration Options

Join Intermountain for the second annual National Freestyle Academy at Woodward Park City! National Team members and Intermountain’s freestyle staff will lead groups in Woodward’s outdoor and indoor innovative environments. Join us for the freestyle camp, the FS1, FS2, FS3 accreditation days, or the entire 5-day Academy.

This course is broken up into a 2-day training camp, in addition to a 1-day clinic with the 2-day exam. You can sign up for just one segment of this product if you would like. For example, you can sign up for just the 2 days of camp or just the 1 clinic day and 2 day exam.

Freestyle Academy 2024 Agenda

One day of assessment prep followed by a 2-day Freestyle I, II, or III Assessment. The prep and assessment focus on the Freestyle national standards and fundamentals/skills required to achieve the appropriate outcomes.

During the 2-day training camp, you will get more time to develop skills. You’ll have plenty of time for feedback on tricks you want to get while helping to develop your Technical Understanding, Movement Analysis, and Teaching skills in the Freestyle environment focused on the Freestyle standards.
