Get your body in ski and snowboard shape before the snow even flies with Sue Kramer’s Pre-Season Fitness for Injury-Free Winter Sports Webinar.
Scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 5, from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. MT, you will learn multiple exercises for developing core stability, agility, balance, and strength specific to skiing. These exercises can be practiced throughout the fall to develop ski-specific movement patterns. High and low-impact options will be provided.
You are expected to actively participate in the workout in real time, so you should view this webinar in your home gym or at your commercial or private gym. To take part in the training session, you will need several pieces of equipment: stationary bike, treadmill or rowing machine, three sets of dumbbells of different weights, physio ball, and stopwatch. A document with the routine will be provided.
Cost is $20. Registrants must be current PSIA-AASI members. Upon completion of the webinar, attendees will earn 1 CEU.
