This free webinar, featuring British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI) trainer and examiner Derek Tate, will help you improve the skill of attentional focus in all your lessons while addressing the questions:

Derek is an author, coach, and teacher. He writes mostly in the psychology/self-help genre but also about learning/skill acquisition and alpine ski technique, teaching, and learning.

As a coach he splits his time between alpine skiing and mental skills. As a teacher he delivers online courses, workshops, and masterclasses focusing on strengths, mindfulness, performance, and flow.

His background includes working as a trainer and examiner for BASI, Irish Association of Snowsports Instructors (IASI), and Snowsport Scotland. Over the past 18 years he has been running the British Alpine Ski School Chamonix together with his wife, Shona.
