Team Selection is a comprehensive process through which PSIA-AASI selects members of the national team. Candidates participate in extensive interviews, give presentations on snowsports instruction, and demonstrate their teaching and technical skills on-snow – all under the watchful eye of examiners and selectors assigned to separate the very best from the best.
